Customer Service

Payment: Payment may be made via money order, check or by MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express credit cards. All orders must be prepaid with the exception of trade businesses that have previously established open accounts. All payments must be in US funds and drawn on a US bank. Orders will be returned if payment is made in foreign funds or drawn from a foreign bank.

Shipping & Handling

US Only: All orders are charged $6.95 for shipping and handling (up to 3 books). Add $2.00 for each additional book over 3. Orders typically ship within 4 days via USPS Media Mail. Delivery time is normally 10 to 14 days from our location in the Midwest.

UPS Ground: Available upon request only. Orders of one book will be charged $14.95. Add $1.00 for each additional book over 1. Orders typically ship within 4 days. Delivery time is normally 3 to 7 business days.

UPS 2nd Day: Available upon request only. Orders of one book will be charged $32.95. Add $3.00 for each additional book over 1. Delivery time is 2 business days. Orders requiring expedited shipping must be phoned in (1-800-551-4754) and received no later than 11:00 am Central time for expedited UPS 2-Day service.

Canada/Mexico: Orders of 1-2 books will be charged $23.95. Add $10.00 for each additional book over 2. Orders typically ship within 4 days via USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery time is normally 10 to 14 business days.

Foreign: Shipments outside the 50 states. (excludes Canada and Mexico, see above) Orders of 1-2 books will be charged $32.95. Add $15.00 for each additional book over 2. Orders typically ship within 4 days via USPS International Priority Mail. Delivery time is normally 1 to 4 weeks.

Trade: All trade accounts are charged actual cost for freight.

Sales Tax: Minnesota residents please add 6.875% sales tax; Michigan residents add 6.0%, and Kansas residents add 6.5% to the total cost of your order (including shipping and handling).

Backorders: Unless requested otherwise, we will backorder any titles temporarily out of stock. You will be charged at the time of purchase. You will not pay an additional shipping and handling fee.

Return Guarantee: Dissatisfied with an item? Return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, credit or exchange, no questions asked. You must include a proof of purchase/your packing slip or invoice with the return. Returns must be sent to our warehouse at:
